Today’s Restaurant is a monthly industry trade publication that I have been producing for the company since 1997. In 2008, publisher Howard Appell gave me the opportunity to recreate the corporate image from logo to publication design - including all promotional materials and the corporate website. Here is a sample of some of the work I’ve done for the company over the years, including special issue and self promotional ads on the following two pages.
